The Viessmann Generations Group (“Viessmann”) acquires a majority stake in GRITEC TopCo GmbH (“GRITEC”).

As of 29 February 2024, Betonbau will present itself under the new company name GRITEC.

Construction work on the premises of the company Betonbau BBD GmbH has officially begun. Thomas Sachers and Volker Knott (both Betonbau), Oliver Grabowsky (Managing Director BREMER Karlsruhe) and Lord Mayor Thomas Deuschle took part in the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project costing a total of 16 million euros.

In Cologne-Porz, the Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG (KVB) is building a new depot for approx. 50 electric buses. Betonbau supplied a transfer station as well as two transformer stations that will distribute the electricity to the e-buses.

From now on Betonbau will operate under the name Betonbau BBD GmbH.

Betonbau is very concerned about volunteerism. Particularly in civil protection - in the fire de-partments, rescue services and aid organizations - citizens are on duty every day to help others.

Germany's largest solar thermal plant and new energy center were commissioned in mid-2022 and supply the community of Dettenhausen with district heating. We are pleased that we were able to contribute to a sustainable energy supply with our modular technical buildings.

The major project "Kaiserslautern substation 7" has been completed and with the delivery and installation of our TAM3 aluminum doors, pressure relief dampers as well as LLE aluminum ventila-tors we have contributed to the fact that the energy supply in Kaiserslautern and the surrounding area continues to be secured.

ANGA COM celebrated a successful and brilliant restart after a two-year break due to the pandemic. More than 18,000 participants visited 390 exhibitors from 33 countries from May 10th to 12th, 2022. We were happy to be on site at the fair in Cologne as well! Thank you to everyone who visited us at our booth. It was great to once again see each other live and to exchange ideas.
