Wastewater treatment plants with capacities from 100 to 2000 EP (equivalent population) are made of jointless prefabricated reinforced concrete tanks. We provide everything from design to commissioning. Our know-how is based on more than 30 years of experience in the Czech Republic and 60 years of experience in Germany.
We produce jointless reinforced concrete tanks using bell-casting technology. The bottom and all four walls are cast at the same time. The result is a tub-shaped prefabricated space that is perfectly watertight and does not require additional waterproofing. These advantages are not achievable with conventional on-site concreting. The tanks are manufactured from C35/45 waterproof concrete, placed in steel moulds and compacted by high-frequency vibration.
The treatment plant technology is partially assembled into tanks in the production hall. This eliminates the requirement for site facilities. The prepared and equipped tanks are then transported to the construction site by truck and installed at the excavation site by an assembly crane. Installation usually takes several hours. On the construction site, the technological unit is completed and put into operation.
