We manufacture and supply prefabricated concrete buildings that are used on the railway mainly as relay houses, substations and transformer stations, buildings for switch heating, traction substations (TNS), transformer stations, buildings for signalling and communication technology, service buildings, shelters for passengers and other social buildings.
Railway structures are made of precast concrete space elements. These are manufactured using the technology of jointless casting. This means that our buildings have exceptional mechanical resistance, perfect tightness and high durability.
A great advantage of our buildings is the speed of assembly. The rough construction is usually finished within one day. The installation of large-scale buildings takes between one and two weeks.
Prefabricated products are transported to the site as oversized loads and installed by crane. We do not need site equipment, just a paved and easily accessible access road.
Simple buildings do not need foundations, we place them on a compacted gravel bed. In the case of more complex combi-buildings consisting of several units, foundation strips are sufficient.
After delivery of the rough construction, we also provide all finishing works. The customer can choose from a variety of facade plaster and tile finishes, define the roof shape and roofing material, or even choose a green roof.
Our production and type documentation serves as a basis for designers to facilitate and speed up the completion of their projects.
We will find the optimal solution for your project. Ask our sales and technical representatives for advice or a non-binding price offer.
