Combination Buildings

Thanks to the expandability of the spatial cells in all directions, we can produce technical buildings of many shapes and sizes, including underground parts.

Thanks to the modular design, the buildings can be single- or double-storey, with continuous or vertically offset floor ceilings, with window, ventilation or door openings, as well as with staircases and cable vaults and with oil-tight baths.

The space cells are cast in concrete in our precast production facility. The length and width of the cell, as well as its height, can be designed variably.

The UF 25 and UF 30 cell types with widths of 2.5 and 3.0 m and lengths of up to 8.4 m can be used.

Options:

Length: variable
Height: variable
Wall thickness: 100 mm or 140 mm
Bottom or ceiling thickness: up to 250 mm, depending on design
Both longitudinal walls or transverse walls can be omitted.
Almost unlimited niche possibilities
Similarly, any roof shape can be made, choose from many different roofing materials and facade finishes.
